Molded base with inscription "à Mr Millerand, député, Syndicat des Éleveurs de chevaux de demi-sang en France. Reconnaissant". Height : 44 cm - Width : 62,5 cm Depth: 25.5 cm This statue was presented to Alexandre Millerand, journalist, lawyer and then deputy, before he was elected President of the Republic, and probably even before he was a minister, i.e. before 1899.
