Large Boulle marquetry cartel and console topped by a Chinese figure with parasol. Gilded bronze ornamentation: espagnolette heads, shells, foliage and relief with an allegory. Dial with twenty-five enamel plates and movement signed Le Faucheur in Paris. First half of the 18th century. (Damage and missing parts, central plate probably reworked, suspension modified). Height: 133 cm - Width: 52 cm - Depth: 24 cm Alexandre Lefaucheur, received Master in 1729, King's clockmaker in 1748.
