Ordre de Malte - Enameled gold knight's cross, set in a chased gold mandorla-shaped medallion, encircled by openwork and burnished petal motifs adorned with filigree, above, two palm branches are surmounted by a large chased gold articulated ornament decorated with a daisy, foliage and scrolls set with Rhinestones, small suspension ring (small chips, traces of old restoration).
