Pascal Maitre was born in Buzancais in 1955 in France. After studying psychology, he began his career as a photojournalist with the Jeune Afrique press group. He has collaborated with many prestigious international magazines.
Pascal Maitre has worked on more than 40 countries in Africa, covering many different aspects, people and their way of life, politics, conflicts, traditions, environment.
