Polychrome ink on silk from the album "Niao Pu" (Manual of birds), comprising two parts, the one on the right represents "Kui huang li mao da bai ying wu" (White cockatoo) on a branch of medlar tree of Japan, the one on the left is a text written in kaishu which designates the name, the characteristics, the ethnology, the chronology... of this bird. Bears two stamps "chen ting xi" and "zhao zhao ran han". On the back of the leaf, the numbering of the pages is written in ink : 2 and 9. (Stains, worm holes). 41 x 41 cm - Sheet : 97,5 x 56 cm
