Polychrome ink on silk from the album "Niao Pu" (Manual of birds), comprising two parts, the one on the right represents "Ya se li mao da bai ying wu" (Red-crested Cockatoo) on a branch of litchi, the one on the left is a text written in kaishu which indicates the name, the characteristics, the ethnology, the chronology... of this bird. Bears two stamps "chen ting xi" and "zhao zhao ran han". On the back of the sheet, the numbering of the pages is written in ink : 2 and 8. (Stains, worm holes in the margins). 41 x 41 cm - Sheet : 97,5 x 56 cm
