Silver egg service, the openwork and gadrooned frame resting on four ball feet, the ring grip underlined by a shell. It includes four egg cups, a salt shaker, four egg spoons and a salt shovel engraved with the monogram of Hortense de Beauharnais, an "H" surmounted by a princely crown. London, 1808.
