CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sale will benefit the association "Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, enfants du monde", no selling expenses will be added to the hammer price. PARTICIPATION :

The sale is public, and the following means are proposed to participate in the auction:

- physically by being present on May 6, 2022, at 6:00 pm, salle Jean Despas, place des Lices in Saint-Tropez. remotely by phone or by leaving a valid purchase order that we will execute on your behalf via the internet by registering beforehand on the drouot.com platform

PAYMENT :

The sale will be made expressly in cash: the successful bidder undertakes to pay personally and immediately the price of the adjudication pronounced.

The buyer will pay directly the association "Grand Prix Photo de Saint Tropez".

Means of payment :

- cash (on presentation of an identity document): Up to 1 000 € when the debtor has his fiscal residence in France or acts for the needs of a professional activity. Up to €15,000 when the debtor proves that he is not domiciled for tax purposes in France and is not acting for professional purposes.

- Cheque - transfer, - credit cards (visa, mastercard). In case of payment by check or by transfer, the withdrawal of the objects can be deferred until the cashing. In this case, the Grand Prix Photo Association may reserve the right to charge storage, transport and handling fees. A preliminary exhibition will allow the buyers to see the condition of the objects put on sale. No claim will be accepted once the auction has been pronounced. The information given in the catalog is the responsibility of the Auctioneer, taking into account the corrections announced at the time of the sale and recorded in the sale report. Dimensions, weights and estimates are given as an indication and do not constitute any guarantee. As of the adjudication, the object will be under the full responsibility of the buyer who will himself be responsible for insuring his acquisitions. BeaussaNt lefèvre & associés declines all responsibility for any damage that the object may incur, and this as of the adjudication pronounced. The order of the catalog will be followed. The sale of a work does not carry with it the right to reproduce it for the benefit of its owner.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT :

In the absence of payment of the amount of the adjudication and the expenses, a formal notice will be sent to the buyer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at the buyer's expense. At the end of the one month period following this formal notice and in the absence of

payment of the sum due, an additional fee of 10% of the auction price will be charged to the buyer to cover the costs of collection, with a minimum of 25 €. The application of this case does not prevent the allocation of damages and costs of the procedure which would be necessary, and does not prejudge the possible implementation of the procedure of "folle enchère". Irresponsible bidding: in the absence of payment by the successful bidder, after formal notice has remained unsuccessful, the property is put back on sale at the request of the seller on irresponsible bidding by the defaulting bidder: if the seller does not make this request within a period of one month from the date of the auction, the sale is automatically cancelled, without prejudice to any damages. Interest due by the defaulting buyer.
