Vétérance medal, set of four diplomas : - 1774, printed on vellum, engraved frame with trophies of arms in the antique style, headed by the arms of France surmounting a cartouche reading "Régiment de Rouergue Infanterie", in the name of Nicolas Gaudion, for 24 full and consecutive years, given at Versailles on April 28, 1774, signed Duc d'Aiguillon, 21.5 x 31 cm. - 1783, printed on vellum, engraved frame with trophies of arms and cannons, bombard and cannonballs, headed by the coat of arms of France surmounting a cartouche reading "Infanterie française, régiment de la Fère, compagnie de Baudrières", in the name of Pierre Calvet, sergeant, for 24 years of service, given at Versailles on July 8, 1783, signed Ségur, handwritten note above the engraved medallion "duplicata d'un brevet expédié le 19 mars 1783", 28.5 x 34 cm. - An II, printed on vellum, using the previous composition, the arms of France replaced by the Republic seated, the barely legible cartouche indicating "Infanterie 4e (?) régiment", in the name of Nicolas Lafontaine, sergeant, for 24 effective years, given in Paris on 15 ventôse an II (5 mars 1794), signed Bouchotte (griffe), 26 x 34 cm. - AN III, printed on paper, same composition, "Infanterie 8e régiment", in the name of Jean François Gaudé, sergeant, for 15 effective years and ten campaigns, given in Paris on 1er prairial an III (20 mai 1795), signed Martigues, 31 x 40 cm. Folds, small stains, small hole on the one for Year II. Good condition.
