An XII-1804. large in-4, (4, of which the 2nd and 4th are blank)-234-(2 blank) pp. large margins copy (31,2 x 23,2 cm), long-grained garnet morocco, smooth spine decorated with gilt cadukes, gilt frame on the boards formed by a frieze of palmettes between fillets with fleurons at the corners, gilt fillet wavy on the edges, gilt border inside, blue tabis endpapers, gilt edges; foxing (rel. p. Bozerian). Beautiful edition printed on vellum paper. Reunion of the texts that governed the Banque de France since its foundation by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1800, including the one establishing its monopoly in the issuance of banknotes, but before the reform of 1806 that was going to reinforce the State's control over this institution. In addition to the legislative texts, statutes and regulations, there are reports and speeches, as well as lists of regents, shareholders, and administrative staff.
